We have so much to thank you for! You were an amazing contractor every step of the way, from the initial planning to the finishing touches. Your calmness, creativity, sense of humor, efficiency and great taste in music 🙂 are qualities that make you so special. As much as we are relieved to be done with this remodel, we will miss you! And we are so grateful to you that we now can have family time in our big kitchen, and no waiting in line for the bathroom.

Arthur you did an amazing job. You were patient, reliable, dedicated and you are very talented. As much as I am glad to have it complete, we will truly miss you.

Arthur took great care in the work he did and the results definitely show that. He self-performed most of the work we had done and carefully selected subs when needed. When his subs were there to do their work he checked in frequently with both them and us to make sure they were doing what was needed. He was on target with both the schedule and cost estimate he provided at the beginning of the project. When I added/changed the project scope he let me know right away what the changes in cost would be.

Arthur remodeled my kitchen and built a beautiful fence in my back yard. His craftmanship is wonderful - great attention to detail with very helpful design ideas that ensured both projects turned out beautiful and functionally smart. It was always a joy to have him working at my house - he is positive and fun, and even my neighbors loved him (that is a big deal on a big project). I highly recommend Oliver and Blue Construction!

Arthur is hardworking, communicative and trustworthy, as well as a talented craftsman. He was always on the job when he said he would be and worked exceptionally hard to meet our completion deadline. We were at our block party on Nob Hill this eve and everyone wanted to talk about our house. Over and over I heard how delighted people were when it took shape, how it looks like it's always been there and fits the neighborhood so well.
